I'd give a negative star if I could. I would never give these people my business. I called to try & get information & lady on the other end of the line was soooo rude!!! She gave a monthly rate which didn't match what their website indicated ... I mentioned the rate that was on their site & she says "well I don't know what site you are looking at but that's wrong" and besides they were having a meeting tomorrow & the rates are going up even higher than the rate she gave me. if this lady is any indication of how this place is run. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!

, it's quiet you can easily get to any place you need to get off of US1 the pool is excellent I would live here anytime
The place is junky because people collect junk, and have lived here for way too long. They do have laundry, showers, and wifi, cable, those are the positives. The staff was rude on the phone, but nice in person. The hippies are all here, and haven't taken care of themselves. We stayed 5 days in our own RV on a lot that needs a lot of attention. We will not come back here to this place, but will be back in the keys. You get what you pay for, so we are willing to pay a little more for a nicer place.
Awesome people and very quite at night. Paradise.. everyone was so helpful. We will continue coming back here
